The filter settings button to the very right in the Business Analyzer | Interactions window, or above the Quick Query pane, opens a window where you can change which filter criteria you want to see as default.
If you have licences for other modules, you first select Interactions among the buttons to the left.
If you want a specific query to be run automatically when you open the application, you can select that query here.
Specify the number of records of the search result to be seen and in which time order.
If you want to see fewer columns in the search result part you can deselect some.
Under the Complete header you move header names from the Selected Columns pane to the Available Columns pane.
Specify the search keys you want to see, i.e. most often will want to change the values for, when making a quick search. Also pick the order in which you want to see them.
